Dark cherry and plum aromas lead generous flavours that enter with red tree fruits and build to a soft mid-palate redolent of blackberry. The finish is pleasantly satisfying with hints of vanilla bean and a velvet like texture.

Straw yellow in colour and after 70 months on lees, this wine has developed a complex bouquet  of baked pastry, almond biscotti and appleskin aromas.

The palate is rich and rounded with flavours of exotic spices and subtle strawberry notes.  It is full bodied but retains freshness with a citrus line of acidity.

Created in the traditional style that has made the Hunter Valley famous, the grapes sourced from Mount View are from low yielding vines. Displaying vibrant deep ruby purple colour with lifted bouquet of savoury spice, the palate is full and supple with concentrated red berry fruits framed by super fine tannins building a long linear finish.

This wine is a classic example of Cabernet Sauvignon, deep in colour with lifted aromas of blackberry, cassis and dried herb notes. The palate is layered with dark berry fruit and balanced with fine grained tannins and a subtle oak influence.

This modern blend is inspired by the wines of the old world and is a rich full bodied expression of black and blue fruits, cedary oak and fine supple tannin. Approachable young, however, this will reward careful cellaring over the next 5-8 years.

This Chardonnay is whole bunch pressed and fermented in a mix of new and one year old large format French oak. With occasional stirring on the lees, we get a lovely creamy character with toasty oak characters. The perfect partner to the white peach and citrus blossom notes.

Our Fumé represents small parcels of wine selected for their distinctive varietal and regional characters. A barrel fermented wine that displays herbaceous aromas melded with a citrus and grapefruit palate. Drink now to enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavours typical to Sauvignon Blanc.

A traditional style Chardonnay, rich & opulent packed with notes of peach & melon. Subtle influence of oak provides structure & spice notes, with a natural nectarine like acidity adding a vibrant line.

Lifted green apple and nashi pear aromas. The 2022 Serafino Bellissimo Pinot Grigio is a bright, zesty refreshing wine with hints of citrus blossom, ginger and nashi pear.

Super fresh and zesty nose with lemons and Granny Smith apples, as well as fresh brioche and biscuity notes. The palate has a very vibrant, toasted-almond feel with intense apple and lemon curd to close. A good concentration, with a clean and refreshing finish.
