Created in the traditional style that has made the Hunter Valley famous, the grapes sourced from Mount View are from low yielding vines. Displaying vibrant deep ruby purple colour with lifted bouquet of savoury spice, the palate is full and supple with concentrated red berry fruits framed by super fine tannins building a long linear finish.

This wine is a classic example of Cabernet Sauvignon, deep in colour with lifted aromas of blackberry, cassis and dried herb notes. The palate is layered with dark berry fruit and balanced with fine grained tannins and a subtle oak influence.

This modern blend is inspired by the wines of the old world and is a rich full bodied expression of black and blue fruits, cedary oak and fine supple tannin. Approachable young, however, this will reward careful cellaring over the next 5-8 years.

This Chardonnay is whole bunch pressed and fermented in a mix of new and one year old large format French oak. With occasional stirring on the lees, we get a lovely creamy character with toasty oak characters. The perfect partner to the white peach and citrus blossom notes.
